| Principle
of measurement |
| |
| The
leak/flow calibrator is a multiple range flow meter, which measures
a pressure drop with a differential sensor connected to the
terminals of a laminar flow tube. If an air leak flows through
the laminar flow tube, a pressure drop occurs whose value is
proportional to the flow in a given range set according to
your application. The atmospheric pressure is measured, and the measuring element's temperature.
All three measurements are computed to give an accurate reading in standard conditions. |
