ATEQ has two kinds of battery testers. One for portable tools, and one for aircraft batteries

Nickel battery electrical charge capacity test, for portable tools.
Do you need to know if a NiCad or NiMH battery has the required electrical charge capacity for your tool to operate?
ATEQ has a standard instrument for that, the TB520, so there is no need to reinvent the wheel and pay for development costs on a custom made tool, and get the associated debugging problems .

This instrument was designed more specifically for portable rechargeable devices service centers to control the wear on the battery when a device is returned for repair.

ATEQ can also make alterations to the standard instrument base to fit your application.
This tester was developed on the same proven hardware basis and rugged hardware components used by the other ATEQ quality control instruments (leak and flow testers), so most of the spare parts are readily available in ATEQ service offices worldwide.
ATEQ also offers solutions for battery leak test and battery venting valve test.

Aviation battery electrical charge capacity test and regenerator.
Aircrafts are equipped with large lead acid batteries to start the engines or reactors,
and to operate safety equipment. Those batteries are crucial for the safety of the passengers and they have to be tested regularly to make sure that they have enough electrical energy storage capacity.
They are in general in need of cycling to eliminate the "memory effect" on a battery after incomplete cycles of charge and discharge.
ATEQ has an instrument specifically designed for that application.
